There are two basic ways healing can be brought about.

How to Increase Your Healing Energy.

You can greatly increase energy significantly beyond what you normally have available for use. Here is an exercise which will help you boost your energy in a matter of a couple of minutes.

1. Sit or stand upright – relaxed with your weight evenly distributed.
2. Close your jaws firmly and clench your fists.
3. Take a deep breath up to the count of five.
4. Relax and let out the breath of air to the count of ten.
5. Repeat 2 and 3 ten times.
6. As you breathe in think how each breath is giving you a great surge of energy and power which you are storing up in you.

You will experience a noticeable stimulation within 15 to 20 minutes after completing this exercise. You may or may not notice a general increase in energy that will last for several hours. This exercise can be performed several times a day, a limit of four or five times is recommended.
Another practical stimulating exercise involves visualization, but its effectiveness is in direct proportion to the skill used in the visualizing.

1. Sit upright and relax with your feet touching and hands clasped in your lap.
2. Visualize the sun blazing vast amounts of energy at you.
3. Imagine lifting the spirit in you into the blazing sun. Go as deep into the energy as possible.
4. Let the sun’s blazing energy flow through your entire being stimulating and strengthening every part of it.
5. Do this for about a minute then settle back down in your body and go about your day.

You will immediately feel refreshed and stimulated, but the greater benefit, you will find later, is that you will have gotten more done with less expended energy.
